Scrambled Tofu


1 tbsp. olive oil

1 small chopped onion

1 large chopped tomato

100g firm tofu

1/2 tsp. turmeric

1 small clove of garlic chopped

1 tbsp soy sauce


Heat oil in frying pan, adding onions and tomatoes. Cook until soft.

Crumble in tofu and add soy sauce, garlic and turmeric.

Cook over a medium heat, stirring constantly, until the tofu is thoroughly heated.

Serve immediately on toast.
